CMA has provided all the detailed design and engineering for all disciplines (mechanical, civil, structural, electrical & architectural) as well as structural and equipment detail fabrication drawings pertaining to the following mill upgrades at Tolko’s High Prairie OSB mill:

• Conversion of two (2) 8’ wide ponds to one 16’ nominal log pond as well as a new pond outfeed system.
• Pond mud handling system.
• Log reject system.
• Dry strand conveyor, storage and weighing systems.
• Resin storage, resin metering and strand blending systems.
• Forming station system.
• Material reject system.
• Continuous press system.
• Finishing line and packaging line systems.
• Dust collection system.
• Thermal oil system.
• Warehouse extension and all buildings required to house the aforementioned process upgrades.

CMA also provided the budget/schedule preparation, on-site construction management and start-up assistance for the project.
